My name is Ken Soliva.

I use my 20+ years in design, strategy, and leadership to help people enjoy better experiences with technology — at home, work, and play.

Most of my early career was spent at Trek Bicycle, where I helped establish and grow the in-house digital product development practice. I led UX/UI design and front-end development for the company’s B2C and B2B websites and apps, and ultimately built the team to provide those services at scale. I also worked on Trek’s bike computers, my introduction to digital-physical interaction and interface design. I’ve been drawn to the intersection of hardware and software ever since.

Today, I’m Senior Director of Digital Product Design at Delve, a product innovation and development firm where I’ve worked for more than a decade. With studios in Boston, Madison, Philadelphia, and San Francisco, we partner with ambitious teams to bring bold ideas to market in medical, industrial, and consumer industries. My team designs device interfaces, companion apps, and connected product ecosystems that make complicated technology feel easy to use.
